How the hire works

Partnership

Exchange Hire Services Ltd takes the online booking. The vehicle is supplied and collected from Doncaster Van Centre, Unit 1 Hexthorpe Rd, Doncaster, DN4 0EJ.

Hire day

A hire day is 8:00am to 8:00am Monday to Saturday. Sundays are 9:00am pickup and 9:30am drop-off.

Payment

Hire is paid in full online. A £150 security deposit is taken at the yard on collection and unused amounts are refunded after the hire.

ID

Bring your driving licence. If it is not a photocard licence, bring your passport as well. Also bring a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months showing the same address as your licence.

Mileage and fuel

Mileage is charged at 15p per mile after 100 or 300 miles, depending on the length of hire. Return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel.
